Product Description

An Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) is a Facility Designed to treat and Purify Industrial Effluent Or Wastewater Before it is Released into the Environment Or Reused. The Purpose Of an ETP is to Remove Contaminants, Pollutants and Harmful Substances from the Wastewater, Ensuring that it Meets Environmental Standards and Does Not Harm Ecosystems Or Public Health.

An Effluent Treatment Plant Also Called In Several Names Depending On the Specific Process Or Application, Including: Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWTP), Chemical Effluent Treatment Plant, Textile Effluent Treatment Plant (TETP), Biological Treatment Plant, Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) Plant, Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Plant, Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant, Effluent Treatment and Recycling Plant, Sludge Treatment Plant, Heavy metal Removal Plant, Food and Beverage Effluent Treatment Plant, Oil & Grease Removal Plant, Pharmaceutical Wastewater Treatment Plant, Paper and Pulp Effluent treatment Plant, Cooling Tower Effluent Treatment Plant, Bioreactor Treatment Plant, Anaerobic Treatment Plant.

We Are Manufacturers & Suppliers In Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, Sanand GIDC, Mehsana, Vitthalapur, Mandal Bechraji Special Investment Region(MBSIR), Halol GIDC, Bavla Kerala GIDC, Dahej SIR & PCPIR(Petroleum, Chemicals and Petrochemicals Investment Region), Dholera SIR, GIDC Industrial Area(Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation), MIDC Industrial Area(Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation), MPIDC Industrial Area(Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation), RIICO Industrial Area(Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation), PSIDC(Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation), SEZs Area(Special Economic Zones), SEEZ Area(Solar Energy Enterprises Zone) In Rajasthan, Peenya Industrial Area In Bengaluru(Bengalore,Karnataka) etc..

How To Work ETP:

1.    Pre-Treatment Section:

Screening: The First Step is the Removal of Large Solids, Debris and Floating Materials Using Screens.

Grit Removal: This Step Eliminates Heavier Particles Like Sand, Gravel and Silt.

2.    Primary Treatment:

This Stage Removes Larger Particles from the Effluent through Processes like Sedimentation, Where Heavier Solids Settle at the Bottom Of a tank.

Coarse Oils and Grease May Also be skimmed off the Surface.

3.    Secondary Treatment:

Biological Treatment: This is a Critical Step Where Microorganisms Break down Organic Matter. Processes like Activated Sludge, Trickling Filters, Or Rotating Biological Contractors (RBCs) are Commonly Used.

This Stage Removes Dissolved and Suspended Organic Matter.

4.    Tertiary Treatment:

This Advanced Stage Includes Additional Filtration, Chemical Treatments (Such as Coagulation or Flocculation) and Disinfection (Often Using UV light, Chlorine or Ozone) to remove Pathogens and Further Purify the Water.

It may Also Involve Nutrient Removal (Nitrogen, Phosphorus) to void Causing Environmental Issues like Eutrophication.

5.    Sludge Treatment:

The Sludge that Accumulates During the Treatment Process is also Treated to Reduce its Volume and Make if Safer Disposal Or Potential Reuse

Capacity:

Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) are Widely Used across Various Industries Like, Paper and Pulp Industry, Oil and Gas Industry, Leather Industry, Power plants (Thermal Power), Metal and Electroplating Industry, Mining Industry, Construction Industry etc.. and Others For Example,

1.    Textile Dyeing and Printing Industry/ Garment Manufacturing:

         Small Scale: 10 KL/day to 50 KL/day

Medium to Large Scale: 100 KL/day to 500 KL/day, Depending on the Size of the Operation.

2.    Pharmaceutical Industry:

Small to Medium Scale: 50 KL/day to 200 Kl/day, Depending on the Number of Production Lines and Chemicals Used.

3.    Food Processing Industry/ Food & Beverage Industry:

         Small Scale: 10 KL/day to 100 KL/day

Large Scale: 200 KL/Day to 1000 KL/day or More, Especially in Large Processing Plants.

4.    Chemical Industry:

         Small Scale: 50 KL/day to 200 KL/day

Large Scale: 500 KL/day to 2000 KL/day, Especially in Bulk Chemical Production Plants.

5.    Municipal & Domestic Wastewater Treatment:

Small to Medium Municipal Plants: 5000 KL/day to 50,000 KL/day

Large Municipal Plants: Can Treat Over 100,000 KL/day Depending on Population Size and Urban Requirements.
