How To Work:

         Pre-Treatment: Water Is Filtered through Coarse filters and Activated Carbon filters to remove a Large Particles, Chlorine. And Water Softening May be used to Remove Hardness (Calcium & Magnesium) to Prevent Scaling on the RO Membrane.

         Pressurization: The Pre-treated Water is pumped through a High-Pressure Pump. The Pressure Forces the Water through the RO Membrane.

         Reverse Osmosis Filtration: Water Passes through the Semi-Permeable RO membrane. Water Pass through, while Salts, Minerals and Other Contaminants are rejected. The Clean Water That Passes through the Membrane is called the Permeate, while the Leftover Contaminated water is Called Reject.

         Post-Treatment: The Permeate may undergo pH Adjustment to ensure its Use. Disinfection (UV) may be applied to ensure Microbiological Safety. Re-Mineralization may occur if essential minerals need to be added back to the water.

         Storage and Distribution: The Purified Water is stored in tanks and then Distributed for Industrial Uses such as Cooling, Steam Generation Or Manufacturing Processes.
